Henia Danielle
eCommerce
We reimagined Henia Danielle’s storefront with a clean, luxurious UX — optimized for product discovery, mobile shopping, and conversion uplift.
UX & Design
We redesigned the Henia Danielle Shopify store to elevate the brand’s digital presence and improve the overall customer journey. The revamp included a refined navigation system, stronger mobile performance, and a sharper visual identity aligned with their luxury positioning. We focused on elevating product storytelling and simplifying checkout paths — ensuring the entire shopping experience feels premium, modern, and intuitive.
We duplicated and tailored the store for the U.S. market — aligning operations, UX, and compliance across regions.
International Expansion
To support Henia Danielle’s global growth, we launched a fully localized U.S. storefront. This included translating content, adapting the product catalog, customizing taxes and duties, and configuring U.S.-specific pricing and shipping settings. The U.S. store maintains full design and UX parity with the original site — giving customers in both regions a cohesive brand experience while enabling smooth operational separation between EU and U.S. legal entities.
Frequently Asked Questions
The timeline depends heavily on the size of the store, the number of products, SEO requirements, custom features, and the complexity of existing integrations (ERP, PIM, CRM, automations).
For an established brand like TZS First Austria, the migration typically ranges from 8 to 12 weeks, including data mapping, URL preservation, SEO audits, custom theme setup, and integration with systems like PlentyMarket. Smaller stores may take 4–6 weeks, while enterprise projects with multi-market setups may require up to 16 weeks.
