Leave WordPress for an AI-driven CMS.
We take a short look at your WordPress site and tell you, free of charge, what could move to our AI-driven CMS.
The AI writes, you approve
The CMS that also runs this website has AI functions built in. They make suggestions and create drafts. What gets published is your decision.
Drafts from a brief
You give a topic, a search term, the language, tone and audience. The AI writes a draft in German and English from it, with meta title, meta description, FAQ and descriptions for images.
Nothing goes live without approval
A draft stays unpublished and waits in the review list. Only when you publish it, for example with “Publish” in that list, does it go online.
SEO review at a click
“Review SEO” has the AI check the meta title, meta description and keywords of a page and suggest changes. You choose what is applied, and you save.
Title suggestions in the editor
In text-with-image blocks the AI suggests a better title, German and English side by side. “Apply” puts it into the editor, and it is only kept when you click “Save block”.
Images from an image description
If an image block carries an image description, the CMS can generate an image from it. It is only kept when you click “Save block”.
Your brand voice as the brief
In “Brand & Style” you set the positioning, tone and voice of your brand. The AI receives it with every new draft.
Four steps to your new CMS
It starts with the free check. After that, you decide whether and how to continue.
Check
We look at your WordPress site: structure, content, plugins, forms and connected services. You learn what can move to the CMS and what needs a decision of its own.
Mapping the content
We decide which pages, posts and media go where, and what is dropped. Every existing URL gets a target.
Build with redirects
We build the site in the CMS and set up redirects from the old URLs to the new ones, so links and search results do not lead nowhere.
Go-live and handover
We take the new site live and hand the CMS over to you.
Why companies move on from WordPress
WordPress is not a bad system. But the upkeep grows with every plugin. These are the typical reasons for a move.
Plugins
Almost every function comes from a plugin. Each plugin brings its own updates, dependencies and possible faults.
Updates
Core, theme and plugins all need upkeep. Postpone it and the risk builds up. Apply it and you have to check that everything still works.
Security
WordPress is widely used and therefore a frequent target. Outdated plugins are a typical way in.
Speed
Many plugins and page builders make pages heavy. Visitors notice it in the load time.
What a draft looks like before approval
The review list of our CMS with a sample draft. It has the status “Draft” and is not public. Only a click on “Publish” makes it visible. Drafts from the AI function land in the same place.
Sample content, no client data.
Frequently asked questions about moving
We take a short look at your current WordPress site: structure, content, plugins, forms and connected services. Then we tell you what could move to our CMS and what needs a decision of its own. You send a request through the contact window and put the address of your site in the message. It is a request, not a booking, and the check is free. Whether you want a quote afterwards is up to you.
Looking at an alternative to WordPress is worth it when updates, plugins and security take a lot of upkeep or the site is slow. If WordPress works well for you, staying is a legitimate decision, and we will say so. A site that is mostly a WooCommerce shop with many extensions needs a separate assessment.
In the step “Mapping the content” we list the existing URLs and set a target for each one. During the build we set up redirects from the old URLs to the new ones. That protects links and existing search results as far as possible. No move can guarantee rankings, because search engines decide for themselves how they assess a new structure.
No, not as a rule. What is carried over is decided together when the content is mapped. New texts are written where you want them, for example as an AI draft that you review and approve.
The AI creates drafts and makes suggestions: texts in German and English, meta title and meta description, title suggestions in the editor and images from an image description. It does not publish anything itself. Drafts wait in the review list, and suggestions only take effect once you apply and save them.
Every plugin serves a purpose. In the check we see which one, and whether the CMS covers it, whether it is rebuilt or whether it can go. What the CMS does not cover, we discuss openly before a move is on the table.
No. A headless CMS only manages content, and the website is built separately. Our CMS delivers the website itself: content, page structure and publishing live in one system.
That depends on the scope: the number of pages, functions, languages and connected systems. So we do not name a flat rate here. After the free check we can estimate the effort.
The check is free.
