E-Commerce Agency

An e-commerce agency plans, builds and supports online stores: from platform choice and storefront through payment, shipping and returns to ERP and CRM integration. We work as an official Shopify Partner, from the first concept through to ongoing growth.

What we take on as an e-commerce agency

We think about the store from revenue backwards, not from the layout: the right platform, a storefront that converts, and processes that hold up as you grow.

  • Strategy & platform choice – which system fits your range, market and team, answered honestly before any budget moves.
  • Store development – Shopify and Shopify Plus, built to fit rather than an off-the-shelf theme.
  • Migration – moving from WooCommerce, Magento or a bespoke build, with redirects so rankings and existing customers survive the switch.
  • Conversion optimisation – improving product pages, checkout and load time where the data actually shows drop-off.
  • Integrations – ERP, CRM, accounting, shipping and inventory connected over APIs instead of duplicated manual work.
  • Operations & growth – ongoing development, SEO, performance marketing and automation, including AI agents for repetitive store tasks.

Which platform is the right one?

For most small and mid-sized businesses we recommend Shopify: stable, fast, low-maintenance, with an ecosystem that grows with you. As an official Shopify Partner, that is our focus.

When something else fits better: if you already work deeply in WordPress and sell a small catalogue, WooCommerce is often cheaper. If you need unusual logic or your own data model, a custom application serves you better. We say so up front rather than pushing you into the system we would enjoy building.

How working together runs

  1. First call – goals, product range, existing systems and what hurts today.
  2. Concept & quote – scope, platform and timeline, then a fixed price rather than an open hourly account.
  3. Delivery – storefront, processes and integrations, with increments you can actually look at instead of a months-long black box.
  4. Testing & launch – joint acceptance, redirects and measurement before the switch.
  5. Growth – measure, optimise and automate after launch instead of leaving the store to itself.
Frequently Asked Questions
01
What does an e-commerce agency do?
It plans, builds and supports online stores: platform choice, storefront, payment, shipping and returns, ERP and CRM integration, and growth after launch. Unlike a general web agency, the work starts from revenue rather than from the layout.
02
How is an e-commerce agency different from a web agency?
A web agency typically delivers a website. An e-commerce agency also owns the selling process: conversion, checkout, payment and shipping logic, returns, and the data flows into ERP, CRM and accounting. The store has to sell, not merely look good.
03
Which platform do you recommend?
For most SMEs, Shopify: stable, fast, low-maintenance and extensible. For a small catalogue inside an existing WordPress setup, WooCommerce can be cheaper; for unusual logic, a custom application. We will point you to the alternative rather than push you into one system.
04
Do you support existing stores?
Yes. We start with a review of the technology, processes and measurement, then work on conversion, performance, further development and automation. You do not have to start over to work with us, and we take on stores somebody else built.
05
How does a store migration run without losing rankings?
Before the move, every existing URL is inventoried and mapped to its new target; then 301 redirects go in, metadata and structured data are carried over, and indexing and rankings are monitored after launch. Without that mapping, a store typically loses organic revenue when it changes platform.
06
Do you integrate ERP, CRM or accounting systems?
Yes. The store is connected to your existing systems over APIs so orders, customers, prices and stock levels flow automatically instead of being entered twice. That is where growing stores otherwise accumulate most of their manual work.
07
Do you handle growth after launch?
Yes. After launch the work is conversion optimisation, SEO and GEO, performance marketing and automation, including AI agents that take over repetitive store tasks. A store that is not measured and improved after launch predictably loses effectiveness.
