Laravel Agency
We build custom web applications with Laravel, migrate existing systems onto a modern footing and keep them current afterwards. From first concept through delivery to maintenance and framework upgrades, at a fixed price with a clear timeline. This website runs on Laravel itself.
What we build with Laravel
Laravel is our default when off-the-shelf software stops fitting: when your processes have their own rules, systems need to work together, or you simply want to move faster than the competition.
- Custom web applications – customer portals, internal dashboards, booking, administration and approval systems.
- APIs & backends – clean interfaces for apps, stores and partner systems.
- Automation – recurring workflows, imports, exports and notifications run in the background instead of by hand.
- Integrations – ERP, CRM, PIM, payment providers, shipping and inventory, properly connected.
- Multilingual platforms – several domains, languages and markets from one application.
This website is our reference project
You are on it right now: this site runs on Laravel with a CMS we built ourselves and a content-block system our editors operate. The notable part: a single application serves three domains and three languages, including a right-to-left Hebrew version, without three websites to maintain. Add media management, two-factor login and connected AI features.
We use the same foundation for client work: a Viennese emergency locksmith service runs on Laravel, including an upgrade to the current version and PHP 8.4. Part of our Laravel work is also delivered white label for agencies and IT service providers buying in capacity or Laravel expertise. Those projects stay unnamed for confidentiality.
Migration to Laravel, from any platform
Most projects do not arrive on a greenfield, they arrive with history: a grown PHP application, a WordPress with thirty plugins, an Access database, a spreadsheet process nobody fully understands any more, or off-the-shelf software that fits 70 percent and blocks the rest.
We migrate all of it to Laravel, step by step instead of a big bang: first we analyse data, dependencies and processes, then the new system runs in parallel, and only once it demonstrably holds do we switch over. Existing data is carried across, interfaces stay served, and URLs and rankings are protected by a redirect plan. Your operation keeps running throughout.
Maintenance, updates and framework upgrades
A web application is not a piece of furniture: Laravel and PHP ship new versions regularly, security holes get closed, packages go stale. Postponing that for years costs a multiple in the end, because an update turns into a rebuild.
We keep your application current: framework and package updates, upgrades to new Laravel and PHP versions, security monitoring, backups, performance checks and dedicated development time for improvements. Everything is tested on staging and rolled out via CI/CD, so an update never endangers your operation. That is exactly what we did most recently for a client: a jump to the current Laravel version including PHP 8.4, without downtime.
We also take over applications originally built by someone else. That starts with a technical audit that says honestly what is sound and what needs remediation.
Why Laravel?
Laravel is the most widely used PHP framework and ships exactly the building blocks you would otherwise pay to rebuild: authentication and permissions, a mature database layer, background jobs, testing, caching and very short response times. That means faster delivery, less bespoke plumbing and therefore less maintenance risk.
Add a large ecosystem and a broad developer market: your application stays maintainable even if the team changes. No vendor lock-in and no exotic stack nobody wants to touch in three years.
When Laravel is not the right choice: a content-only website is usually better served by a CMS, and a classic online store is faster on a shop platform. We say that before a project starts, not after.
How your Laravel project runs
- Analysis & concept – processes, roles, interfaces and the data model. The result is a scope that can be quoted bindingly.
- Architecture – data model, interfaces and infrastructure, before the first line of business logic.
- Development in sprints – working increments instead of a months-long black box, with automated tests.
- Testing & acceptance – joint acceptance on a staging environment with real data.
- Go-live & operations – zero-downtime deployment, then monitoring, updates and further development.
